Tuition and Fees
The fees listed are effective beginning July 1, 2023.
Tuition
Our tuition is based on a season course fee and can be divided into payment installments.
- Tuition is due the 1st of each month. The first payment is due upon registration in September. A $10.00 late fee will be charged for accounts paid after the 10th of the month.
- Tuition will not change regardless of missed classes, closings due to inclement weather or school holidays/breaks. No refunds will be given for missed classes.
- There is a $25 service charge on all returned checks.
- After one returned check, remaining fees must be paid in cash or money order.
All fees listed below are based on a Family Rate and not by each individual student.

- A 5% discount is offered if the full tuition is paid by September 29th.
- If tuition payments fall behind by over 2 months, students will not be allowed to participate in classes until the account is up to date.
- Tuition can be handed in at the desk, put in our drop box or mailed to: KKDC, P.O Box 411, Clarence Center, NY 14032
- Checks should be made payable to Karyn Kelly Dance Center.
- Checks for Competition/Convention Fees and Fundraisers need to be made out to Rising Stars Dance Co.
- All accounts must be up to date and paid in full before students can receive their costumes.
- Tuition for May and all other balances will need to be paid in full before tickets codes can be give out to order your recital tickets online.
- Any Payments made after May 1st must be paid in CASH only.

A non–refundable fee which covers studio office registration, any mailings, newsletters and insurance

This fee includes the rental space for your child’s rehearsal and performance on the stage at the theatre, as well as 2 complimentary tickets per show, and a digital video download of the recitals.
- All outstanding balances need to be paid in full before tickets can be distributed.
- Any Payments made after May 1st must be paid in CASH only.

- Costume orders will not be placed if your deposits are not paid by November 15th
- In order to receive your child’s costumes for pictures, all accounts must be up to date.
- There are no refunds once costume order has been placed.
- Any costume balances that may be due will be charged in March once cost has been determined,
- If your child is in several routines, costume deposits can be paid as early as September so there is not such a large amount due at once.
- Costumes ordered through dance catalogs may require alterations that are your responsibility as they are not custom made.
- There are no refunds after costumes have been ordered.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are given by invitation only and based on availability. They all must be approved by Ms. Sue. The genre and music will be chosen by the teacher.

- The ability to apply corrections, master choreography and have self-motivation
- An excellent work ethic and a great attitude in class.
- Great attendance, especially in ballet classes.
- Must be current with all tuition and fees.
